Our dinner receptions are available for any event daytime or evening. This package includes four hours of call brand open bar and your toast with Cristalino Champagne.

The Salad
Our wonderful house salad is the perfect beginning to your meal. It includes  mixed baby greens tossed in our home-made balsamic vinaigrette dressing and topped with a black olive tapenade, walnuts, and a goat cheese crouton. Freshly baked rolls served with butter accompany every entrée.

Chicken Oscar

A baked chicken breast is topped with fresh green asparagus and crab meat  and finished with a classic hollandaise sauce. Sautéed seasonal vegetables and wild rice add the final touch.
 

Lobster-Stuffed Filet Mignon
Chef’s spinach and lobster stuffing enhance our Angus filet mignon. The entrée is grilled to perfection and topped with béarnaise sauce. Served with whipped potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
 

Petite Filet Mignon and Salmon Combination
Two of the house favorites come together to create a perfect combination dinner. A grilled petite filet mignon with a morel mushroom sauce and a baked salmon fillet with béarnaise are served with whipped potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
 

Filet Mignon
A center cut Angus beef tenderloin is grilled to perfection and served on a Holland rusk with a morel mushroom sauce. Seasonal sautéed vegetables and whipped potatoes finish this entrée.
 

Rack of Lamb
A full pound lamb rack is brushed with olive oil and cracked black pepper, then baked to a tender medium. Served with a Dijon and thyme-scented demi-glaze, whipped potatoes, and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
 

Lobster Tail
The best the sea has to offer. A 10- ounce lobster tail is broiled to perfection and served in the shell with drawn butter and lemon. Finished with whipped  potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
