Our Pastry Chef has prepared the following special selections for your enjoyment.
The cost is $6.25 per person.
 

Peanut Butter Pie  A chocolate cookie crust is filled with a creamy peanut butter filling.

Terrine of White and Dark Chocolate    Layers of white and dark chocolate mousse are topped with a chocolate sauce. 

Cheesecake with Fresh Fruit    Creamy New York style cheesecake topped with seasonal fresh fruit.

Chocolate Decadence    Rich and fudgie flourless chocolate cake sure to satisfy the chocolate lover’s sweet tooth.

White Chocolate Mango Mousse    Delicate mousse lined with fresh mango slices garnished with raspberry and mango sauces.

Apple Tarte    Rich and flaky crust filled with spicy apples and a touch of brandy topped with a crispy oatmeal crust.

Key Lime Tart  Vanilla wafer crust with a classic tangy key lime custard filling.

Homemade Mousse    Many wonderful flavors, chocolate, white chocolate, raspberry and strawberry just to name a few.

Additional Flavored Cheesecakes  White chocolate, lemon, German chocolate, raspberry, turtle and hazelnut. 

NOTE: The same dessert must be served to all of your guests. If you cannot decide on one particular selection we can alternate two favorites to your guests or a variety of desserts can be placed on a dessert table and your guests can help themselves
 

Specialty Cakes

Chocolate, French Vanilla, Spice, Carrot, Raspberry and Hazelnut are a sampling of the cakes that you can custom order from our bakery. All cakes are made with the freshest ingredients and can be filled with a mousse or fruit flavored filling. Our pastry chef will make the appropriate size cake depending on your guest count.
The cost for a specialty cake start at $4.50 per person.
